Orianna Brightwater is on the verge of adulthood and only wishes to strike out on her own, but all her plans are dashed one morning when her village is attacked by unknown assailants. The village’s most important treasures were stolen, the children!

With no leads, Orianna as well as the villages head guardian trainer, Master Grey Agoge and her adopted brother Bayou Carver head out to find out the truth behind the attack and in turn the location of the missing children. However, throughout their journey they discover that an old myth may be coming back to life and in turn putting not just the lives of the children in jeopardy, but also the trio in search of them.

Will they be able to navigate this new treacherous path, or will the legend consume them all? Only time will tell.
